Soul Fish Cafe gets beer permit (Memphis Commercial Appeal)

When Soul Fish Café opens in mid-January at the former Bol a Pasta location along Village Shops Drive in Germantown, patrons can opt to have a beer with their catfish. The Germantown Board of Mayor and Aldermen, which also serves as the city’s beer board, approved the restaurant’s on-premises beer permit during Monday night’s meeting. The vote was 5-0.
